These terms apply when you order from kuke.my. Kuké Desserterie is a trading name of Whipped Cakes Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 2014010134231 / 1110329-M).
By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation. Until then we
may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price has been listed
incorrectly.
Most of our cakes are made to order, so lead times vary by product and are shown on each product page.
Some cakes are available for next-day delivery if ordered before the cut-off shown on that product; others
need two or three days’ notice. Please check the product page before ordering for a specific date.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any taxes or delivery charges that apply are shown at
checkout before you pay. We accept cards, Apple Pay and GrabPay via Stripe, and online banking (FPX) via
Billplz.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already confirmed.
Delivery and collection
We deliver within Malaysia. Delivery charges and available areas are shown at checkout.
Self-collection is available from both outlets. Collection from Bangsar Village 1 is available from
11am to 10pm daily.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address and time given. If a delivery
cannot be completed because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we may not be able to redeliver or
refund the order.
Our cakes are perishable. Unless a product is described as keeping at room temperature, please refrigerate
it on arrival.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Because cakes are made to order, we need as much notice as possible for any change or cancellation.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible — ideally on the day —
with a photograph, so we can put it right.
Ingredients and allergies
Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy. We cannot
guarantee that any product is free from traces of these. If you have a food allergy, please contact us
before ordering.
Kuké Desserterie is not halal certified.
Ingredients and recipes may change. Please check the product page, or ask us, if a specific ingredient
matters to you.
Product images
Photographs are a guide. Every cake is finished by hand, so decoration will vary a little from the
picture. Fresh and edible flowers are seasonal, so the exact flowers shown cannot always be reproduced.
Gift cards and discounts
Gift cards may be used against orders on this site. Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated
when the code is issued, may exclude certain categories, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password secure and let us know if you think someone else has used
it. We may suspend an account that is being misused.
Our content
The recipes, photographs, product names and text on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them
commercially without our permission.
Liability
We take care over every order, but we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or
personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the
Malaysian courts.
