Description

Personal Cake Journey

This cake was born in our search for the perfect vanilla sponge and inspired by Su Chan’s original Tiramisu cake (one of our personal favourites). Soft yet nutty, creamy yet dark. When cake meets Yin and Yang.

 

Chef’s Note: I love this with a bit of rum. We can make it with rum from our home. Available upon request – 3 days advanced notice.
