The Lady
The Lady was a beautiful cake that I ordered for a friend’s birthday. Everyone loved it . It was neither too sour or too sweet, a perfect cake for ladies. To some old school Sugee cake lovers, it wasn’t so much a Sugee cake but the flavours, tastes and decorations sure wins everyone’s heart.
The delivery service was a little off as it came much later than the scheduled time so I had to receive the cake after the birthday meal. Most probably it was still in the CNY so roads were busy.

It was a hit!
My family absolutely LOVED the cake. My mom is pretty picky when it comes to cakes.. but she loves butter cakes and sugee cakes. This cake was a HIT !

My first order was The Lady and Passionista cupcakes , and this was rapidly followed by more orders 😀 The Lady and the Burnt cheesecake remain my favourites , but I have been impressed with all my orders so far. The cakes are not only beautiful but more importantly , deliver on taste ! I have ordered the mini cupcakes for house parties and birthday celebrations and the chocolate and red velvet went down very well with the kids too. Perfect sizes – that didn’t make u feel guilty having two 😀

This cake comes with a punch..cute in size and a delight to the eyes too. Love the tangy taste of the lemon frosting and the bursting of the pomelos when one takes a bite into the equally delicious cake. Have ordered twice and both times just as good and popular even with my non-cake eating friends!

Refreshingly tasty
This is my first order from whipped. They were very considerate and informed me beforehand that they would need to use different flowers from the illustration – kudos to their awesome customer service. The cake was a perfect balance between the sourness and sweetness. Love the combination of lemon and pistachio with almonds. The texture was great too – very moist. The only slight letdown was that the pomelo fruit was too bitter, not a slight bit of sweetness in it. Other than that, its a perfect cake for all occasions. A lovely cake that is not too sweet
I’ve ordered many cakes from them and I love them all. This time I’ve ordered The Lady for my friend’s birthday, the cake is so beautiful and it taste really good. It’s quite refreshing since it has tart lemon cream cheeses frosting and pomelo. Not too heavy especially after a dinner feast. We all enjoy it very much. Will order again for my family to try.February 8, 2020
