Not everything, but close, I would say 95%. So what do we make? All our sponges are made from scratch, which means no packaged cake mixes. Additionally, our team makes our own caramels, fruit fillings, jams, pastes and almost all of our decorations from scratch. We only buy items where we believe that we can’t do a better job such as oreo cookies, digestive biscuits and cendol.
