“This is a carrot cake with a twist. We first baked the combo of carrot and cheesecake, and they complemented each other really well. However, a fluke experiment with a coffee cream cheese frosting totally amazed us. The sum of it’s 3 distinctive parts creates a totally different flavor. You have to eat all 3 parts to truly appreciate the genius of this cake.”
