Eat Drink KL ordered nine of our cakes
Most people who write about us order one cake, maybe two. Eat Drink KL ordered nine.
That alone made us sit up. They are one of the more thorough food publications in the country, and working through that much of the menu in one go means they saw the range properly — the pandan and gula melaka side of what we do as well as the chocolate.
Kuké Desserterie turns cakes into a celebration – not only of happy times but of a heritage, harnessing Malaysian and Asian ingredients and techniques to make world-beating cakes.

Its cakes are playful and joyous, the kind that brings a smile to everyone’s faces and cheers them up instantly.
They went through Puteri Jendol, Rasa Sayang, Hitam Manis, The Puan Sri Special, Hunky Monky, The Saint, The Triple C, 5 Shades of Chocolate and Cherry Bomb.
Thank you to the Eat Drink KL team for the appetite and for the care in the write-up.
