Description
To date, our go-to ultra-premium chocolate cake for chocolate lovers young and old. A 4-month journey of baking variation upon variation of sponges and frostings. Over 15 variations were made before we took this to be blind taste tested with several groups of chocolate lovers. Satine was the clear favourite amongst many.
