Our refund and returns policy is based on 2 guiding principles.

  1. If we can stop the cake from being made then we can refund.
  2. If your item was damaged during transportation then we will do all we can to rectify the situation

Please do not send your purchase back to us. In some circumstances we will arrange for the item to be picked up.


Kindly inform us 2 days prior to your order being fulfilled that you would like to cancel your order to kukemy@gmail.com. Once we have received your request we will send you an email or whatsapp to notify you that we have received your request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We first attempt to refund through your credit card. If you made payment via bank transfer or other means we may need to manually refund the funds to you and may need your bank number and name.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

As mentioned earlier, if we can stop the items being made we can arrange to have your funds repaid.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please call us at 0122191914 (Inn). We will do our best to get a replacement sent to you.
