Bought this for my sister’s 40 birthday and EVERYONE, from my senior parents to my 10 year old nephew, absolutely loved it. The texture is very light, it’s not too sweet, and the delicious coconut and pineapple layers with every bite is heavenly. It’s the perfect light dessert after a heavy meal. I bought the smaller sized cake and 5 adults 1 child finished everything in one sitting, with 2 people taking a second helping. Will order again.
