Bought this for my sister’s 40 birthday and EVERYONE, from my senior parents to my 10 year old nephew, absolutely loved it. The texture is very light, it’s not too sweet, and the delicious coconut and pineapple layers with every bite is heavenly. It’s the perfect light dessert after a heavy meal. I bought the smaller sized cake and 5 adults 1 child finished everything in one sitting, with 2 people taking a second helping. Will order again.

Honolulu cake- the cake base itself is very nice and moist. Unique and fresh combination of coconut and pineapples ???
