Description

A chocolate coconut cake like no other. We use our signature rich chocolate sponge and give it a caribbean flair with our own home-made coconut caramel, mixed with toasted coconut flakes and pecan nuts. Then we pour our bittersweet chocolate sauce over the whole cake to create a beautifully delicious nutty chocolate cake.

    Great mix

    Wasn’t sure how the coconut and chocolate was gonna work but it came together well especially with the caramel. I definitely enjoyed it, and I think even if you are not a coconut fan you will like this.
