For many of our followers, there have been hints and images of an elusive green tea chocolate cake over the past 12 months.
This journey began years back, during our time when we created our Pandan Brûlée. It was an inspired combination and it truly caught us by surprise – serendipitous combination of dark and extra dark. Indulging in a mouthful of moist dark chocolate cake, with its silky smooth layer of matcha crème caramel, truly satisfies our green tea chocolate craving. One which we never even knew existed!
Through the support of one of our partners we began making this flavour for their patrons to favourable response. We are so happy to be offering our Midnight in Tokyo as part of our Asian Inspired collection, another addition to our green tea offerings.
