Personal Cake Journey
This cake was born in our search for the perfect vanilla sponge and inspired by Su Chan’s original Tiramisu cake (one of our personal favourites). Soft yet nutty, creamy yet dark. When cake meets Yin and Yang.
Chef’s Note: I love this with a bit of rum. We can make it with rum from our home. Available upon request – 3 days advanced notice.

The Cruzan Macadamia…absolutely glorious! A vanilla cake with layers of cream cheese, dark chocolate shavings and lots of toasted macadamias! And perfected with a hint of rum! Awesome cake!

Delicious Cruzan Macadamia
Moist, sweet, delicious, delectable & glorious. I like the combo of vanilla, cream cheese & macadamias. This cake goes well with rum! Would definitely recommend this, and Five Shades of Chocolate if you are a fan of chocolate. Whipped Cakes are so yummy! 🙂January 15, 2019
