Description
Truly a cendol cake to rule them all. The combination of a gula melaka sponge, pandan sponge, coconut whipped cream frosting and a filling consisting of red bean morsels and cendol pieces makes this a cendol cake that emulates the real thing.

Puteri Jendol 6 inch cake
The cream is very light and fresh which doesn’t feel creamy at all. The layer inside is not too sweet and the sweetness is just at the right level. It has a very unique taste as well and the decoration on top is beautiful. I don’t feel bloated at all after having many slices. Will definitely order this cake again!

We wanted something different. It was an interesting taste with cendol bits and pandan sponge cake. Unfortunately we left the cake outside for 3 hours and it had melted and slid into two with the gula melaka as a pool of liquid. Most of us enjoyed it but some preferred a standard chocolate cake or carrot cake.
