Do you have any lactose-free desserts?

As we know, Lactose is derived from milk. To date all our desserts use milk in any one of its forms, using either butter, cream or fresh milk. Unfortunately, we do not subscribe to using margarine and oil-based whipping creams as key ingredients in our cakes, so it’s a challenge for us to make a lactose-free dessert. Perhaps this may change in the future.
