“This is a carrot cake with a twist. We first baked the combo of carrot and cheesecake, and they complemented each other really well. However, a fluke experiment with a coffee cream cheese frosting totally amazed us. The sum of it’s 3 distinctive parts creates a totally different flavor. You have to eat all 3 parts to truly appreciate the genius of this cake.”

Amazing blend of flavour
This cake is a must try. I am not a fan of cheesecake but this cake was really good. The chef very nicely created the 3 different “C” into a single Cake.

I was skeptical but the taste was incredible! Not too sweet, love the subtle hints of coffee, and I felt it tasted even better the day after. My 70+ year old parents loved it, and so did I. Would definitely be ordering this again.
