For the past 2 years customers have been requesting for a gluten-free offering from us. Our exploration into French style desserts gave us the necessary experience to challenge us to make a gluten-free cake that our customers will enjoy. With the coming of the Lunar New Year, we embarked on creating something unique that will not only satisfy the dessert lovers but also meet this special dietary requirement with no exception on taste & flavour.
Each element was created especially for this cake to ensure that we worked with a clean slate. French style desserts are all about contrasts. Contrasts in textures and flavours and how they blend and support each other. This collaboration of 5 elements pays homage to our Chinese heritage and our unique culinary journey. The result is an instant classic and one of our favourite Kuké desserts.
